Hi, I'm Lucy. I'm an ordained wedding officiant with Frame & Flask, based in Morgantown, West Virginia.
I believe your wedding ceremony should feel like the two of you. Not a script you've heard at a hundred other weddings. Not something you have to change yourselves to fit.
Maybe you're planning a big celebration with everyone you love. Maybe you're getting married in the mountains with a handful of your favorite people. Or maybe it's just the two of you.
I welcome religious, nonreligious, spiritual, interfaith, traditional, nontraditional, and LGBTQ+ ceremonies. All couples are welcome.
I'm happy to travel anywhere in the United States or internationally, provided agreed travel expenses are covered and local legal requirements can be met.

New River Gorge, Shenandoah, Great Smoky Mountains, and national parks across the country. Ceremonies are subject to park permits and applicable legal requirements.

Mountains, beaches, private retreats, and international destinations. Lucy is open to traveling when couples cover agreed travel expenses.

Yes. Frame & Flask also offers wedding photography, coordination, catering, and bartending. Ask about combining services.
